Get unit holder account

Returns a unit holder account by the company's CUIT, with its holders and the progress of its creation. Use it to poll after Create unit holder account.

GET/v1/aperturas/unit-holder/accounts/{tax_id}

You can read accounts you created. Reading any account requires a reader permission that Allaria grants separately.

account.tax_id, legal_entity_name, is_reporting_entity, email, requires_joint_signature, taxpayer_type	—	As sent in Create unit holder account.
account.type	string	Kind of account. Informational.
account.campaign	string	Name of the PSP group Allaria assigned you. Informational; see Internal and external PSPs.
account.state	string	Ingresado until creation finishes, then Operativo.
account.creation_state	string	See creation states.
account.unit_holder_number	integer or null	The unit holder number (número de cuotapartista). null until the account is created.
account.notes	array	Warnings raised when the account was created. Present with CREATED_WITH_ALERTS.
account.last_status_checked_at	string or null	When creation progress was last checked.
account.errors	array	Errors from the fund administrator, each { "at", "message" }. Kept across resubmissions.
account.created_at, updated_at	string	YYYY-MM-DD HH:mm:ss.
account.persons	array	The holders, ordered by position. Same fields as the request, plus position and document_type (always DNI).

Creation states

PENDING	Saved, not yet queued.	No
DISPATCHED	Queued for submission.	No
PROCESSING	Submitted; waiting for the result. Checked about every 15 minutes.	No
CREATED	Created. unit_holder_number is set.	Yes
CREATED_WITH_ALERTS	Created with warnings listed in notes.	Yes
ALREADY_EXISTS	The company already had an account. unit_holder_number is that existing number.	Yes
FAILED	Rejected. The reason is in errors. Resubmit with corrected data.	Yes
STUCK	No response after several attempts. Resubmit or contact support.	Yes

Error Codes

Status	Description
401	Unauthorized — invalid or missing access token
403	Forbidden — the account was not created by you and you have no reader permission
404	Not Found — no account for that CUIT
