Get account status

Reports how far along account creation is. Account opening is asynchronous — the 201 from Open individual account or Open business account means the request was accepted, not that the account exists yet.

Query by your own external_id, or by the holder's document number when you did not send one.

Creation states

The list is also served live at GET /v1/aperturas/estados-posibles-para-external-id.

State	Meaning
NO_ENCONTRADO	No account matches that identifier under your own credentials. Check the external_id or document you sent — you cannot see another PSP's accounts
EN_DB	Recorded at Allaria, creation not started yet
CREACION_PENDIENTE	Being created. pendientes names the systems still missing
COMPLIANCE_CHEQUEO_PENDIENTE	Waiting for compliance review before processing. Nothing to retry — it clears on Allaria's side
RECHAZADO	The account was rejected. It stays under analysis for a limited period (21 days) and, if it is not resolved in that time, Allaria rejects it automatically. Final for you: nothing to retry. Contact Allaria if you think it should be reopened
BLOQUEADO	The account is blocked. It cannot operate until Allaria unblocks it
CREACION_FINALIZADA	Done. comitente is usable

Both endpoints use the same criteria and return the same states. ejecutados and pendientes list every system the account needs — Esco, Byma or Nasdaq, and, when applicable to your account, OmsPersona, OmsCliente and EscoCrypto — so CREACION_FINALIZADA means all of them are done.

The account state wins over creation progress: a blocked, rejected or under-analysis account reports BLOQUEADO, RECHAZADO or COMPLIANCE_CHEQUEO_PENDIENTE even if its systems are already created. COMPLIANCE_CHEQUEO_PENDIENTE also covers the waiting period before a new account can operate.

The list of states is also served at GET /v1/aperturas/estados-posibles-documento; both catalogue endpoints return the same values.

Differences by document number

The shape is the same as by external ID, with these exceptions:

message	Replaces errorMessage: a human-readable description of the state. Always present, not only on failure

The messages are returned in Spanish. For EN_DB and CREACION_PENDIENTE the message lists the systems still pending, e.g. La creación está pendiente en: Esco, Nasdaq.; for RECHAZADO it is La cuenta fue rechazada.
